How it works

1 · The setup

Seal on either block and place the body between the defender and the ball before beginning the turn.

Turn the non-shooting shoulder into the defender, extend the shooting arm fully and release at the top of the reach.

Fronting concedes the lob or baseline, while overplaying the turn opens a drop step or shorter running hook.
