How it works

1 · The setup

Approach upright enough to threaten either direction, then sell the first drive with the eyes, shoulder and lead foot.

2 · The execution

Once the defender shifts, snap the ball low across the body and accelerate immediately into the new lane or pull-up.

3 · The counter

If the defender refuses to move, keep the original driving lane; if help closes it, use the new separation to pass or shoot.
